this is a great cat toy my cats would rather play in this litter robot then their toys when it start to turn but no matter what they do the cats have not damaged the litter robot

No more scooping, this whisker Robot is a time saver just amazing, and my kitties love them highly recommend to purchase this product

Truly the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered the bundle but wasnt delivered as the bundle, just the individual robot. Im on hold for an hour and finally get through to customer service and they say I have to ship the one I have back and they will send a new one. I asked to speak to a supervisor about a possible discount since now we have to wait even longer. I am told the supervisor will give me a call back and they never do. The day the new one is supposed to get delivered, its all of the sudden cancelled. I call again to ask and they say they will start sending the right item. The woman on the phone said she could give me a 10-20% discount due to the inconvenience. I wasnt home at the time and didnt have the serial number so she couldnt continue helping me and told me to call again later. I called again and asked to confirm with a different woman we will be getting the discount and was told it wasnt possible. Again, I ask for a supervisor and am told they will call me back. For the second time, I dont get a call back. I checked my app this morning and theres no update on the app on when the new litter robot will be shipped/ get here. At this point its been a week from the date I was supposed to receive my item and there has STILL not been a solution to my issue.

Works very well with multiple cats. I have three cats and typically empty the Litter Robot about once a week

 It’s kind of a luxury bathroom for the cats. Is it really needed, probably not. But still, sometimes you have to treat your furry friends.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I got a Best Buy credit card to save some money on this stupid litter robot and I had two shipped to me but they never came, said return to sender before I ever got it. So finally went into the store and bought one, they said don't worry about this fact that I've now been charged three times! Well one was returned and now I'm being charged for two!! They never answer the phone and the credit card answering service has done nothing!! WORSE than all that, my new litter robot is flashing blue and doesn't work and I have to rub a cloth under the sensor to get it to run so I hate this whole experience!!! It doesn't work now I have to return it and I've been charged over $1600. Still not Resolved. Stay away from both!! Best buy and litter robot!!!!!!!!!!

Took a long time to get my cat's to use the box,they still will not use the box if its left on. I don't mine cycling the box after use and then turn back off. Not worth 800.00 but it does work.

Great product. It works as advertised and is far superior to all other self cleaning litter boxes in the market. I’ve tried them all and this one is by far the best.

This has been a life saver. Have had a few issues with customer service has been able to assist.

Only having to change a litter box bag once every two weeks makes keeping cats a lot easier.

Machine replaces daily scooping. It was expensive but the short time I have had it, I feel it was worth every penny.

If you have a cat, you MUST HAVE a self cleaning litter box. It is the BEST purchase I’ve made in years!!!

As long as it works, it's fantastic! My issue is that after a month of having it, I kept getting a flashing red light that wasn't in any of the error code manuals, anywhere. When I looked online, I found other people that had the same issue, and it required a brand new base to be purchased! Absolutely not worth it. It also just feels very cheap and flimsy, for something that's $800+.
