Sadly, my two cats were so scared that avoid going to the toilet, even having one of their litter box next to it. After a week, I gave up.

Liked the idea of this, but it’s way too tall/big. This will become the focal piece of any room it’s in. Returned.

This system helps make litter maintenance significantly easier.

Really wanted this to work. Cats tried it at first, but then would not go back in. Tried all the tips to get the cats to use it, but they just refuse. Also, when I got it, the track was off, so it didn't spin and pee had dripped down between the barrel and plastic casing. Unfortunately, it was the only few times they used it. Never stopped going in the cat box.im sure it be great for cats who get used to it.

Trying every trick in the book but after several weeks my two cats are rarely using it. Way too overpriced to sit in the corner as decor. WiFi randomly disconnects - it is on 2.4 band for distance cause it doesn’t need high speed (not far from router anyway) internet and router never go offline just the litter box. Also needs to include more complete instructions for everything- not everyone likes to jump on internet for instructions.

Fails to separate litter from waist and dumps 1/3-2/3 of the litter along with waist in the bin, so one cycle and bin is full.

It was fine. Cat legitimately hated it. Terrified. It's not as "cat friendly" as you'd think. Otherwise, fine.

My other 3 cats that are big man Coons are not happy with it and they seem to pee outside of it so it’s not for me. one cat likes it.not enough to keep for one cat . I have For Cats only one uses going to send back.bought to of self cleaning going to keep an open lid one more room.

Stopped working within 30 days of purchase. It is more time consuming attempting to fix it than cleaning out the litter box itself.

The Whisker - Litter-Robot 4 Wi-Fi Covered Automatic Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box with Bundle - Black is just outstanding! Packaging is good and yes the box is huge as this litter box is huge as it should be. Setup is a breeze, and setting up the app went well, BUT I did have problems with the device connecting to my WiFi, I finally just went into my router and gave the cat box a permanent IP address (by assigning the MAC address a static IP. Put some litter in the box up to the line as stated in the manual. Put the very nice litter mat in front of the box and waited for both my 2 cats to go use it. One cat took his time, the first time he used it, but he did and my female cat just went in like their normal box. I was extremely pleased to see both using it like normal right away. I have to empty the cat waste every 4 days about, very nice. The best part is NO litter box smell at all! The box is extremely quiet when it runs. The app tells you when the cats use it and the weight of the cats. It also tells you how full the waste bin is. The box is extremely easy to take apart and clean when needed, and that should be not often at all. I can’t say anything bad about the box, it just works great.

It must be great when it works. I have 3 cats and two used it ok. One never got used to it. I tried all the tricks possible and available and my cat preferred to pee and poop all over the house, everywhere but inside the robot. I had to give up. Watch out for the time you have to return this. The manunfacturer says 90 days but you have to pay for shipping which will be ridiculous expensive. I returned after a month and the cashier did not want to take it back. I had to bring proof online that my return said I had 90 days to give it a try

Has some bugs and little issues you have to deal with, otherwise its a good product.

The Whisker Litter-Robot 4 is an amazing product for cat lovers. We have 2 cats and have been using a standard litterbox for about 10 years. While we were used to the daily ritual of cleaning the litter box, sweeping up litter and emptying the waste container, we were ready for a change. We weren't sure how the cats were going to take the Litter Robot. We have one laid back lazy cat and one very skittish one. Regardless, we went for it. Setting up the Litter Robot 4 was easy. It comes fully assembled so it is just a matter of unpacking, downloading the app, and plugging it in. The app will guide through setup and Wi-Fi connection. I had zero issues with the app and it was hassle free. Like with everything else, you will need to create a Whisker account to sign in. This particular accessory bundle is great but definitely not necessary. You can use a regular trash bag for the waste bin, and you don't need the wipes or scented filter sachets. The mat is really nice though. Catches all those litter pieces which is a huge bonus. In terms of operation, the Litter Robot 4 is super quiet and very intelligent. The cat sensors and scale seem to be working great. Also, the feed back and data you get within the app is very cool. It will tell when your cat has used the litter box, how much they weighed, and when the cleaning cycle is done. It also tracks the complete history of the litter box usage. Very cool app!! Lastly, and most importantly, how did the cats adapt? Our skittish cat used it the same day with no issues. Our lazy cat took about 3 days to really get used to it. She pooped outside the litter box a couple times and would only pee in the Litter Robot. She stuck her head in several times checking it out and setting off the sensor for the first couple days. Eventually she was cool with it and has been using it consistently since. So just be patient, follow the quick start guide and you will be on your way to never having to scoop cat litter again! We love this product and definitely recommend it if you are looking to invest in an automated litter box!

Was just too big and still needed to change the litter every week. Thought it would be great but ended up returning it.

I bought the bundle and they didn’t send me the bundle items! Basically robbed me for $100.

Worked great for a month or so. Then the flashing blue light started coming on. New one is OTW.

Unfortunately I need to return this. Full liter box next to it, its turned off, and the cat still chose the floor. We've been giving the cat treats on the step of the device and comforting her around it. No lick, 2 weeks in.
