We absolutely love our litter robot! We have 4 cats and it helps in the day to day upkeep and care of them! Our cats love that the litter box is always clean!

I am IN LOVE with this litter robot. It’s my first big litter box purchase. I have thought about it for years. But it’s worth the price tag. I wish I bought it sooner.

Cannot live without the litter robot. I have three cats, and it makes cleaning after them an after thought, plus it keeps the house from smelling. Really great product, especially if you have 2 or more cats.

I love this thing. And my cat is so funny when she watches it rotates when cleaning itself. I love the fact that i only have to push a couple of buttons for it to do its thing.

It's not perfect but it does the job. We've had problems with the app and use garbage bags as a cost cutting option. All this product does is rotate the waste into a bin below. This product doesn't change the fact you will still have to clean the interior/exterior and monitor the litter. It is an expensive item for what little help it is.

The litter robot works wonder for my kitten. It's been a month now and I am 100% happy for this purchase. BTW, I would also like to mention the excellent customer service from Best Buy. I was in a hurry to get the litter robot the day before welcoming my adopted cat home.. Thank you for the best customer service Best Buy offered so I was able to get it and arranged the overnight delivery. The lady on the phone was super helpful and patient while I was deciding the shipping cost. The BEST customer support experience I had for years.

With three cats it saves us from constantly cleaning the litter box. This means healthier cats and less odor. It does take some cats a little time to become comfortable with it. I don’t think I would ever be able to go back to the old way of cleaning the litter box.

I am so glad that I purchased this. Yes it is very expensive. But now my life is not constantly cleaning the litter box. Still has been working and have had no problems with it.

This litter box, while expensive, is a great addition to your home especially if you have multiple cats. With 3 cats, we are emptying on average abour 2-3 times a week. Also, our cats acclimated very quickly. One of the 3 cats was a little shy. I recommend keeping your old litter box for a few days after initial set up just in case your cat is a little weary of the litter robot. This litter box isnt 100% maintenance free, as it needs regular cleanings on the inside and outside. That being said, it still is much less time than a traditional scoop litter box. I recommend spending the extra money to get the litter robot mat and the supplies that come with the litter robot 4. It is a great value while only adding about $50 to the purchase price. Overall, if you can afford it, it is a great machine for your cats, and it has cut down on our cleaning times by quite a bit.

Still deciding. About a month in and I can say that I have used so much less litter. One of my cats will not use it however which defeats the purpose. Otherwise it is awesome!

Its so quiet ! Best thing ever. Was skeptical to get older cats to enter this and actually use it and they DO!

Awesome unit! With three cats, daily scooping was getting old. No more! Only downside is that I wish it was a cheaper.
