This has saved me from scooping litter. I love it aside from the occasional need to reset it. So far so good.

I waited so long (15 years) before finally giving in and shelling out the money for an automatic litter box and I gotta say it was worth every penny.

Motor quit within 4 days of use. The flashing light pattern suggested a bad power supply. They sent me a new one. That did not fix the problem. They had to send me a whole new base. Customer service was "ok" but, my confidence isn't high for the longevity of the product. With the new base it has been working as intended

I definitely recommend the litter robot if you’re in the market for an auto litter box. It isn’t worth getting any other brand.

This box has been super helpful! It cuts down on the smell and just makes things a little easier when it comes to owning a cat. It it loaded with cool cat owner features like weight monitoring and low liter notifications. The waste bin is a decent size for a single cat. Only thing I didn’t like that much was the litter mat. The hex patter kinda makes it hard to clean if any accidents happen. Over all definitely happy after a year of considering a robot box.

So far I love this litter robot 4, well worth the price. I’ve had this one day n my 2 cats love it already. I hope it holds up. But I’m curious is there a way to register it s. Because when I go to whiskers it states I have no products. Is that because I purchased it through Best Buy.

We love the product, but there is a weight limit associated with the auto sensing function and our 2 lb kittens don’t trigger it. We are looking forward to using it more freely when our cats are older and weigh more.

We have three cats and this Litter Robot is invaluable! It's so nice not to have to scoop anymore. There is some upkeep, but worth the money!

Best decision ever i never scoop litter anymore and it keeps it cleaner then i ever could id buy a new one every year if i had to but this is well made and will last
