Absolutely the best purchase I have made in years! It runs itself, lets you know when it is in use, when it is cycling, when it is full and when it needs litter. It's great!

[Employee of bestbuy] Despite it being kinda of big, it works great for my two cats. :) It weighs then when they are in there which is really nice too. Very easy to set up :)

So far it has been fantastic. Works well and after a day or two my cat took to it just fine. If this is something that you can justify spending 700+ for it is well worth it. Makes deal with a untidy litter box a thing of the past.

I have two male cats and I have always hated changing out the litter box. It took a few weeks for my cats to use this but it’s incredible. We are saving a lot of money on litter. Honestly we bought it in July and I’ve bought maybe two boxes of litter since. The app is incredibly helpful with tracking the cats weight, how often they go, and when the waste basket is full. Even when the basket is full there is zero odor coming through the drawer. Honestly, I wish we had bought this ages ago. It is a MUST HAVE for all cat owners.

This thing is simply awesome. Recommend you use it as a regular litterbox for a few days (not powered on) so the cat(s) get use to using it and aren't afraid of it. When you do turn it on, I'd set the cycle timer to be 30mins (and tip - turn the interior light off - they done need it and it could distract them when they're walking into the box) to give them plenty of time to get distracted, and off doing something else - otherwise they may still be around the litterbox and be inquisitive as to what's it's doing

I have had zero issues with this litterbox. It records the weights of my cats, so I know if one of them changes their habits (or loses weight). To me, breaking it down to deep clean it is easier than my PetSafe automatic litter box. I recently added the LitterHopper, which worked perfectly from the start. I invest about the same about of time in this litter box that I did with my previous ones, so I feel like cleanliness and odors are not a problem. The app is great, tells me what I need to know, and gives me actions to the important functions from the control panel.

So much better than the traditional litter boxes! My cats were hesitant at first but it was a quick and easy transition. Cleaning the robot is easy and I wish I purchased this sooner!

This is the best litter box I have purchased. It makes the task of cleaning after my cats so much easier. The bot keeps my cats litter clean and I only have to empty it weekly.

[Employee of bestbuy] This litter box has been life changing. My cat was definitely afraid of it to begin with, but ultimately was curious and checked it out. I got the bundle with the air freshening pods, but I honestly couldn’t tell a difference with or without them. This thing does really well at containing any sort of odors. By the time you can smell it, it’s probably time to change it. I have two cats and don’t really need to empty it more than once every 10-14 days. I also took the opportunity to switch to crystal litter since it was a whole new machine, which has been great, because there is no dust as it moves around. I have never had such peace from smells and from the work of scooping litter. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Makes cleaning cat litter so much easier, all you have to do is take out the waste bag inyhe bottom every so often and no more scooping! The unit itself is so so easy to clean also and the app is definitely user friendly. Love my Litter Robot!!

Our cats our a mix of outside and inside but since we got this they were a little scared/ unsure about it but now they love it!!! And youre able to set the time for when it shifts the litter so you wont have to worry about it moving while the cats are doing their thing

a game changer for sure! It took our 2 cats several days to get used to the new set up, but once they did things have gone well. It's super quiet which was my biggest concern. We highly recommend.

My cat loves it he didn’t take long to adjust to it. It is easy to clean and the smells from my house are gone.

I HATE servicing cat boxes. I’ve never scooped daily. I had a Litter Maid for many years and it was pretty good for the price but it was still kinda nasty to clean out. Then new version is awful so I splurged on the Litter Robot. The skies opened. The sun began to shine brightly. The angels began to sing. I do not mind servicing this box at all. For an entire week (2 cats) it deals with the clumps so efficiently and reserves the clean litter so you lose less. When it’s time you open the drawer, pull up the bag, tie it off and throw it away. And there’s nothing special about the bags. Any 10-11 gallon regular trash bag will do the job. If you can afford it you will not be disappointed.

Cats very quickly took to using it. The drawer tends to think it is full when it could still take a good amount more poop. Accidentally hit the reverse button in the dark instead of reset and lost a lot of perfectly fine litter. Overall though it does a great job at controlling odor and emptying.

It took a week for my cat to get used to it. He was going in and out but not using it until I took away his old litter box. Then he just started using it with no problems. My old litter, TWB low tracking, was too big in granule size and 1/4 would just get dumped. Luckily I also had walnut litter which works much better. But luckily the robot includes a nice mat which helps with the tracking.
