Greatest invention ever! Makes my life so easy, owning cats is a breeze.

This thing is awesome. It definitely eliminates odor and it being able to use just about any litter and any trash bag is a main reason I went for this one. It’s also quiet and efficient with the litter in it. The only con so far is even if there is a fresh bag in it, the app says it’s at least 35% full after first use which it is clearly not. I made sure to follow all the FAQs and tech issue stuff with it but it still says 35% full after first use each time. All in all if you are on the fence, do it. It’s worth it.

Works well with 4 cats, tracks their use and weight for you and app tells you when it needs to be changed or filled!

Honestly couldn’t be happier with this liter box. It saves so much time and is so easy to clean. I wish I had gotten it a lot sooner! I have 3 cats and clean the box 1 time a week and it’s just so simple almost like taking the garbage out and putting a new bag in the bucket. So amazing, I brag to everyone about it.

This monster definitely makes litterbox-ing easier, but it is a pain to clean as you have to disassemble it into several peices, UGH

This works so well I ordered another for my parents house. The Litter Robot 4 is almost completely hands-off. I have two full grown cats and they both love using the Litter Robot. They jump in, do their thing, and walk away. A few minutes later the litter robot begins it's cleaning cycle. The cats always have a fresh litter box to use. It's amazing. With the two cats I have to empty the waste container twice a week. And it's so easy. Simply raise the sides of the waste bag, give it a bit of a spin and tie a knot. The waste bags are quite thick and after a year I have never had a tear or hole in the bag. Installing the next waste bag is as easy as installing a kitchen garbage bag. It just takes seconds. I highly recommend the Litter Robot 4. I wish I had bought one sooner.

The Litter Robot 4 works perfect! I took off 1 star due to the app needing improvement. They should have RFID tags so if you have multiple cats close in weight (within 1 lb.) of each other it would still know which cat is using the robot. Until then, they should at least have an edit button so if it attributes the weight to the wrong cat, you could change it manually. This is currently missing from the app and would be easy to add. It would also be nice if they summarized how many times each cat uses it per day/week/month/year.

I was not prepared to see the amount of debris in the drum after use since the litter level is not very deep so the pee clumps stick. It does use less litter since I was using 3 boxes before and I have 4 cats. Since my cats are large males and we empty the debris once a day since its over 80% full. The smell is better with the litter robot its so easy to clean daily and I can keep an eye on my cats weight for health. Over all I am happy with my purchase.

Bought a knock off from Amazon and this blows it away. Best purchase this year.

Verywell designed and functioned. The only thing is my cats will explore the unit inside but not doing the business. After a few days, with the INCENTIVE litter, then they sometimes got it! One other function that can be improved is that the Cleaning cycle interval is automatic to maximum 30 min. No manual preset cyles like every 4, 6 or 12 hours, which can be less scary for the cat . Easy for cat to acquaint it.

Fabulous till it kept saying pinched sensors. But was able to take it in to geek squad qnd they were able to fix the problem lasted 2 years before it hada problem

This isbthe best litter box period. Makes life a ton easier. I just use 13 gallon trash bags. 10 gallon should work.

Always always always buy the Best Buy extended warranty. My beloved litter robot died and the extended warranty completely covered product replacement

Works great. I purchased 2 for 7 rescues and have been pleased with the results. Odor is nearly non existent compared to a traditional litter box. With 11 cats total, I only have to change the bags every 3 days verses scooping litter boxes 2 to 3 times per day.

We and our cats love it! Such an easy set up process and to be able to order our things for the litter robot right through the app is super simple.

Have had this for 6 months now. It is a game changer. 2 kittens and 1 older cat. It took the older cat awhile to get used to it but now all 3 use it without issue. I add litter when the app alerts me to it being low and I clean the litter tray twice a week, it takes 2 minutes. Full cleans once a month take longer but its worth it. I wipe it out with clorox wipes when needed and with the right litter there is no smell. Super pricey but REALLY worth it.

Best investment! Looking forward to get a second robot!

This is at the top of every list of automated litterbox for a reason! It’s well designed and works consistently well. It took a bit of time for my cats to get used to it but once they were, I haven’t looked back. It’s so darn nice not having to scoop everyday and the moderately well designed app keeps you informed.
