We have had our Litter Robots approximately 6 months. They have their pros and their cons. A regular litter box isn’t going to stop working because it needs to download an update. It's also not going to scoop for you. Overall, we prefer the quirks that come with our automatic boxes to dealing with traditional litter box issues. They work! We opted for the extended coverage, so we feel confident we'll be covered if anything happens.

This pricey - absolutely - but it has made such a difference in my home. It saves litter, I can goes days without paying attention to it and my cats are happy, and the app makes using it simple. Worth the investment.

This thing is absolutely amazing! My only regret was that it took me a year to decide to make the purchase. I have damage to in both of my arms due to an accident that make cleaning out a litter box difficult. This robot does all the work for me! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I replaced my litter robot 3 with the 4 and I would never go back. The improvements are worth it! The redesigned globe that spins not the whole robot spinning. It is amazingly quiet. With the large fence I no longer have LOTS of litter on the floor

This thing is the best. This machine has saved me so much time in the evenings. Little to no smell ever in the house. I can honestly say it has bettered mine and my wife’s lives. Sounds crazy but it has truly improved our live’s lol

My cats immediately started using this litter robot with me being able to take their old one away in 2 days. Its easy to use and easy to clean. Def an investment thats worth it. One kitty still hisses at it when it moves but she doesnt understand much :)

This litter box makes owning a cat just that much better. It saves the hassle of cleaning the litter box multiple times a day and saves so much litter. I actually can't believe how much litter it saves me and the complete lack of litter box smell is amazing.

We have 9 cats and cleaning the litter box was becoming the bane of my existence. These things straight up changed my life. Worth whatever price you have to pay.

This makes keeping up with a litter box an almost non-existent chore. Keeps the litter clean for the cats, collects the waste in a bagged bin, and notifies you when the litter is low/waste bin is full. Turns a daily tedious chore, into a once-in-a-while passive action. Less tracked litter and smell. All of this without even going into the app and additional purchasable litter refill hopper.

Tech/Feature: It is great that you can delay the clean cycle to as long as 30mins after use. However, in my opinion, I think it would also be good to add a clean cycle on a specified time (cancel clean if cat detected of course). I am saying this because my cats were scared if the clean cycle starts, reason they dont want to use it. Transition: I tried all the recommended transition process but it just didnt work for my 2 cats (5 yrs old). There were 2 days that when I put away the old litter box, they didnt use the box at all and that made me worry. At some point, my cat just pooped on the floor. Price point: To me, it is way overpriced. Even though it was priced at 700, I still bought it anyway. However, comparing the price point and technology to a washer, this plastic is waaay over priced on what it does. I know I am comparing 2 different appliance but an average washer made with heavy duty material that does more heavy task are priced the same as the litter box that is made out of plastic and would just rotate to empty litters. Conclusion: I ended up returning because my cats wont just use it, I gave it a fair amount of 3.5 weeks to transition but they wont just use it. It may be for cats younger which is much easier to transition than a 5yr old cat.

It is worth every penny. Very easy to setup, my two cats had no issues adapting to this new litter robot, and I don’t have to scoop anymore! I change out the trash bag once a week and that’s it! It also does a great job of managing the smell. MUST BUY!

Ive been looking at this for months now but held off because of the price. Finally caved and wished I’d bought it when I first was looking. It keeps the smell away and cats always have clean litter. And no more scooping. Win win win!
