Expensive and cheaply made. You will have to buy a replacement base and that will cost $449. Thats $1200 for this. Mine broke shortly after warranty and was told that all i have to do is buy a new base. Buyer beware on this. I have two litter tobot 4, both are junk.

We’ve had no issues with this litter robot. We upgraded from an older version when we moved to our new house. Love that it has additional features, like weighing our cat. Glad we upgraded!

Game changer with having cats! So simple. My cats took to it right away. Actually played with it every time it started the cleaning process. App with the phone is amazing. Tells you weight of cat, when to empty and when to add litter. So worth the money. Can use any small bag in disposal area. The scent odor pack is worth the money too

I love this thing ! My only complaints that brought it down one star is that one of my cats took too long to get used to it, it scared her. And the weight is off because they often perch on the edge to pee so it never knows what cat it actually is.

I purchased a different brand robo litter box and was riddled on how to install a component and needed to email the seller several times with no result. This brand was ready to use after opening the box. It is durable without loose parts. It's big enough for my 18 pound tall cat.

Love it, makes life with my cats much easier and fun.

This litter robot 4 is exceptional! Cats immediately started using it, the machine is quiet and efficient. This unit will pay for itself by using the less expensive clumping litter than the crystal litter that was costing us $75-$125 a month for two cats. I’m considering buying a second unit.

Excellent product . Have two small breed cats and this was a perfect replacement towards conventional litter boxes.judging by its size , this product can also cater to large breeds.

it does what it says it will do. I just can't get my stubborn fur babies to use it! the older one has used it once or twice and the both of them will sit in front of it while it turns the litter like they are watching a tv show!

Good so far. Even on manual mode, it helps with litter clean up.

I love the litter box and how easy it is to use and the elimination of smells and need to scoop. My older larger cat can’t figure out the stairs though so he keeps going in the room that holds the litter, usually in front of the box. I can’t decide if we should return or not. My other two cats have zero issues.

It started really well, with few months of a perfectly working litter robot. After few months it started giving me random error messages or sensor dirty, waste full, etc while I could do nothing to fix it. Support said the only thing to do is to send me new sensors for me to install. I'm still waiting for that, they created a label 8 days ago, and no one is bothering to actually ship it. I talked to support and they did nothing about it. In the meantime the litter robot is not working at all, need to manually do everything, causing smell and inconvenience. Find a product that works.

This was my second Litter-Robot 4, and I couldn't be happier. Having two has made my cats happy. Not scooping litter is a dream come true.
