Great product - However adjustment to get cat used to it has taken longer than I thought. My mistake, the cat saw it moving too early in the process.

The litter robot is the best thing ever invented for cats. We have 2 cats and one cat will use it no problem but the other cat is a scared of the robot litter box. I always know when my cat uses it. It really helps control the smell and all you need to do is replace the litter bags. No touching

I purchased this for my cats and they seem to really like it .the only downfall is it is a little big but i think that helps the cats want to use it because it isnt a small space for them to go into the cleaning is so easy and has cut down litter purchase by alot i would reccommend it for sure!

If you are looking for a robot that can do the job for a multiple cat house hold with easy maintenance look no further. If you like the Litter Robot 3 you will be impressed with the 4. It is also very quiet. In a normal volume household you would struggle to hear it.

Although this is a major purchase, it was well worth it. We have had no issues. Pet owner is unable to take care of a litter box and normal litter boxes require daily attention We have 2 cats and only need to change the drawer bag weekly. Litter stays clean. Didn't think the scale that measures the cat's weight was important. However since the animals are on and automatic feeder we can make sure that they are both getting the proper amount of food and not gaining or losing weight. The notification feature that tells you if the Box is full or jammed or any other issues is invaluable

I recently upgraded to the Whisker Litter-Robot 4, and I couldn't be more thrilled! This self-cleaning litter box is a significant improvement over the Robot 3. It operates much quieter, which is a huge plus for my household. The larger waste bucket is another fantastic feature; it means less frequent emptying and more convenience overall. I've experienced far fewer issues with this model, making it a reliable choice for cat owners. Plus, the smart app control is a great touch, allowing me to monitor everything right from my phone. If you're considering a self-cleaning litter box, I highly recommend the Litter-Robot 4. It's a game changer for both me and my cats!

This is my third unit, as im replacing one of my older LR3s. Its much quieter, and my cats seem to preffer this one over the other one i have most of the time. I do recomend the litter hopper attatchment as the litter gets lower quicker than the older model. Its been a life saver so i dont have to manually scoop multiple times a day, and keep my house from smelling like litter whn i place an air purifier next it

I bought 1 Litter Robot last year. I absolutely love it! Easy to manage and i love that the app tells me when the litter is low-the drawer status so i know the drawer needs emptied. I did buy a knock off and i despise it-it is getting cleaned and returned. Litter Robot is all i will own

Best machine ever. I have 3 in total and would never have a cat without owning one of these bad boys. The Litter Robot 4 is also vastly improved over its predecessor. Happy with my purchase and easy to pick up in the store.

I should have bought this sooner. I love it and so do the cats. I have two cats and they are both using now exclusively.

Simple setup. Easy litter changes. Cats seem to like it did take a week or close to it for cats to use it. Probably would have been quicker if i had just removed the old box

This has changed our lives. After having a cheaper alternative from Amazon, I wish I would have just given all my money to the real and best thing! We save on litter now and I can easily track when it needs to be cleaned, the best thing? NO LITTER SMELL!

I loved it. No smell at all and it’s inconvenient for children to get in so they don’t bother, which has been a relief! I lost mine in a flood and now I’m gonna buy another one. I love not scooping all the time!

Absolute game changer. Have 2 cats and we have this and a litter box. It has a smaller footprint compared to version 3, it looks better (subjective) and works well. No scooping/dislodging is needed and the whisker app tracks everything which is great. The weight measuring feature doesn’t work the best because our cats are similar in weight. It’s been a great investment so far. We’ve only had to empty it every week and we use regular black trash bags in lieu of the specified bags. The step stool traps so much litter too, which is helpful. Pair this with a good litter mat like a Gorilla Mat and you’re good to go. I’d also make sure to fully clean the inside chamber and litter bag chamber every once in a while because it can get dirty from all the dust/excrement. I can’t say it enough but it’s worth it not having to scoop every day. My only complaint is that the inside does seem a bit small so our cats don’t look as comfortable when they’re inside but they still use it. If you can find this refurbished, I would get it. If not, the brand new price is great too.

I’ve had the Litter Robot for 2 years now. Overall, it’s been worth the investment, especially with two cats. It has its quirks, so you should know a few things. (these are not complaints, but good to know.) If you ever have the power or your internet go out, you will need to reset it. Resetting it usually fixes most issues. Getting it connected to the app initially was a slight pain, but fine afterwards. Don’t overload it with litter because it’ll give you a “tilt fault” issue. It won’t cycle when it’s full, so make sure you empty the tray when you get the notification. The lining is pretty durable, but if your cats are determined with their claws to bury their business - it will scratch. I use kitchen garbage bags instead of paying for the branded liners. They work fine, but make sure there’s not a lot of air trapped to confuse the sensors into thinking the tray is full. I’ve used multiple kinds of litter successfully in it. TLDR- I would buy it again - worth it, despite its quirks.

I love this version! It's so much quieter than the LR-3. It weighs the cats while they're in the robot so you can tell which one is going and how frequently. This is vital information when one of your cats has previous history of bladder crystals. The drawer is easy to empty and there is no odor outside the box. I would recommend some sort of ramp or step if your cat is elderly or very small.

The biggest hassle of having a cat is definitely cleaning the litter box. This litter box does the task for you, ensuring that your cats have access to a clean litter box during every use.

So far this has been a major upgrade from our last auto litter box. I have no complaints and am very pleased. We have saved so much litter using this litter robot. I honestly think it will pay for itself if it lasts a few years.

I thought this was so gimmicky and was apprehensive about spending so much money before I finally pulled the trigger and just did it. Best thing I have ever purchased and money well spent - it has been a life changer! We have 4 indoor cats and we were constantly cleaning 2 XL size litter boxes and dealing with the cats tracking litter on the floor. I did purchase the additional shield for the front, which is added protection against litter tracking. It also saves so much litter! I would go through at least two 28 lb boxes a week. Now I don't even go thru 1 box. I empty the drawer 1-2 times per week and just top off the litter as needed. If you are on the fence and thinking about one of these, just do it - it's an absolute sanity saver.

This is amazing for multiple cats. The amount of litter saved is great. I’m amazed how easy this is to use and how quickly the cats wanted to use it. My favorite thing is not having to scoop out poop logs daily. You just tie the bag once the machine let you know it’s full and then dispose of it.
