The agents returned to complete the work. They were, as before, appropriately dressed and polite. Some of the previous issues were identified and corrected. I'm relieved that the cameras were completely installed, the solar pans adjusted to capture the power, and monitoring the house has been completed before the deadline.

Hugo (Geek Squad) has installed Best Buy products for us before so we were very happy to see him here to install our cameras. Hugo is very thorough and walked us through every detail..including setting up our phones and showing us how to manage them our cameras.

Had Blake install our Ring Cameras (4) at our Donnelly Home. This is the 3rd time we got Blake—installed our 5 TV’s, Ring doorbell and now the cameras. He is the best. Great, helpful and fantastic demeanor:) Also thought ahead to bring 4 extra batteries for cameras to eliminate us having the batteries run low faster. Smart!!

Agent mounted 5 blink cameras quickly and professionally. Sadly 2 of the cameras have issues and are off line

The geek squad men was very friendly and came did his job, camera is drill up looking good, if I was you I would book right now…. Just saying

The agents installed the Blink camera, and it looked fine until I had to park my car in the driveway, then I realized the camera didn't quite capture the entire car or any other cars that bust into my driveway and hit my garage door. I must say, though, that the two gentlemen were very nice and polite. Just wished I'd have realized or asked them to let me park my car in the driveway to make sure the camera did what it was supposed to do.

Geek Squad is the best service, and certainly worth the cost! They installed, quickly, efficiently, and flawlessly - 4 Arlo Pro 3 outdoor cameras - which are working wonderfully! Thank you Geek Squad!
