It's May 22 and we have to switch to Ring at our expense. We've had a March through May maze of agents and changes to no avail.

Not so great...I expect better

Had to reschedule, the delivery/installation company is not affiliated with best Buy and they just are not as great. I was hoping they would understand the product but they don't. Don't really recommend them.

Feel squad need training

Understandable, he mentioned the can’t work under rain. They knew based on conversation and my sostén what my product was. They reschedule for the following weekend. Then the appt day came and cancelled saying that the geek squad can’t do Wired cameras. I was beyond upset because I wasted so much time and money. Missing work and couldnt take my son to basketball.. just to learn that the Job couldnt be perform. Your Staffing needs more training. Ask the proper questions before Wasting people time.

Geek squad installed an added Arlo camera
