    Worst ever experience Installer came to install 2 of the 3 camera worked Installer said it’s a brand Nobody gets He talk me into getting diff ones He refuse to remove them Said I had to buy different ones and when they come to install the new ones they’ll remove the old I had to hire a handy man to remove the ones Best Buy drilled I will never go to Best Buy again because no manager did nothing for me

    Geek squad had to come out and fix their problem 3 times. I called HQ but they couldn’t provide a solution that was acceptable. Process of replacing camera and solar panel took way too long. Geek squad did an incomplete job.

    I hate to say these have a poor rating. They may be very good. However, my Hughesnet internet service is so bad the cameras won't work. I'm in the process of trying to cancel but it will cost over $300 to get out of the contract.I would love to use my cameras.

    THE ONLY RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE I HAVE DEALT WITH IS DUSTIN! been waiting,changing my schedule to wait for you guys......missed appoin,tment with no call,when i call i get lied to ,cables ok,then not ok new cables coming out,whoops they were sold!! now another appointment !bet they dont bring the cables (the ones you said i didnt need,next guy said i did need !) VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

    Total bust Ring3 added to existing 8 camera system never worked after install only Ring camera in system that does not function properly. Charged 49.99 for nothing. Will contact Ring for proper installation of Ring3 camera and trouble shooting system. Never had such poor service from GEEK SQAD ever before. Normally excellent service in all past service contacts.

    Cameras are installed but don‘t record properly although I pay for the subscription. Installer said this is a software problem and I have to fix this myself with Arlo. My understanding now is that Total Tech is not really Total Tech. I was told differently when I paid the $ 200 for it.

    This work was never completed, and now the technician (Micah Young) will not return my texts or phone calls. This is unacceptable and I am disputing the charge for this service.

    Install crew never shows up or returns calls. Wasted several days waiting on them. Total waste of money. Would never ever recommend them or purchase again. Had to hand my cameras myself without any instructions

    Yesterday was a joke with the 3rd party 2 install door ring camera after 3 times he said Arlo is 2 hard 2 install then said camera was bad get another 1 after they left i pulled camera and mounting bracket off before it fell off sloppy a--work

    I have had it with the Geek Squad. They did not mount my cameras and stated that they would return on a Saturday to install. So not true. No calls,no install and I will be calling management on a Sunday. I have missed and left work to have them do a service to just be told … Got Ya Sucker.

    I had issues with my Sonos. It wasn't working everywhere and I was having issues updating. two guys came and one was barely awake. it was a joke. they didn't update it and only got one working but not synced. I'm still angry I'm paid, It just gets old having incompetence or laziness

    The agent text me for days telling me about my up coming appointment on my cell phone. The day comes we took the day off work and He was at the gate and call the house phone, which I took off my profile because I have all numbers blocked except for dr and family snd friends. So he did not show up. They promise me they would take care of it but they didn't.

    And geek squad came out to our location and we were somewhat disappointed . They said they could not install our cameras. We didn't really get an explanation why. We install them ourselves and they work fine, their statement was it won't work in this type of building. Those cameras are up and running right now thanks to our own installation.

    We were told the techs could install the cameras but every time they came out they said another team member would have to do. We ended up getting our money back and having an electrician install them for us.

    Nothing was installed that is working because your tech says he needs for me to be here with my cell phone to make the installation. i am here in Gulfport usually from Friday morning to Sunday evening. we need to schedule an installation during that time period asap. Stan 305-35-3789t.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. The installer was a no show twice. No explanation, no notice. Geek Squad customer service was completely useless. Took about 8 calls to get it rescheduled three times and completed. No response to complaints.

    The cameras I bought always malfunction they have came time after time and still don’t work. Last time they came they messed up the whole Wi-Fi system in the house and they were suppose to come again and missed the appointment.
