    Poor Service. Trying to get 8 cameras installed since February 26, 2023. Installers supposed to come to my home "6" times no installation or no-show techs.

    The technician came and he drilled a hole the size of a golf ball in my wall, and left it. I could see the outside from the inside of my house through this hole. I had to leave it this way for 4 days as they could not send someone back out. Not to mention it was raining.

    Installers were confused about product and daid it was inferior to those they previously installed. Informed the alarm would make me nervous

    The installer installed the camera in a different spot than I was originally told it would be installed. Now it doesn't cover the area I was hoping for. And he positioned the solar panel in a spot that will barely get any sun.

    I paid for 2 camera installation, but when the technician came he said he was told to do only one , I ended up having to pay another technician an additional $150 to finish the job . The geek squad service is an absolute rip off !

    The Total Tech person left the equipment at the store, which caused the order to be totally screwed up, and it took me multiple calls over a week to get the undelivered merchandise refunded

    Geek squad they supposed to came to installed a tv and sound Sistem, and cameras but they never show up to my appointment and when I try to speak with a costumer service they never answer. I am talking for the store in mall of Georgia (Buford)

    Geek Squad was ill equipped to do the installation on my Ring system purchased from BB. 4 trips to my house over the course of 1 year—yes 1 year! Finally my daughter’s boyfriend finished the job. BB refused to refund my installation fee.

    No tv install, supposed to reinstall security cameras. One still does not work and they have failed to respond to numerous calls to rectify the situation. Over 5 monts to solve issue no response.

    Gave them my hundred dollars. I wanted to have the cameras to be hook up to my ceil phone. The squad called back and said they do not work with with the internet. A few days later they sent my 100 back. Bestbuy doesn't work with the internet? At least I got my money after I had to call back twice.

    This service never happened! Totally worst experience ever with Best Buy. My service was referred to a third party and after several failed attempts l returned the cameras.

    The first two persons did an okay job except placing a solar panel in the shade and upside down causing it to fall. The second installers no showed. This service is very disappointing
