    Terrible service, I was scheduled twice to get Ring Cameras installed, the Technician did a no show no call twice. I returned the Cameras. It I could give them a 0 I would.

    They geek squad arrived nearly 2 weeks ago but were unable to complete the installation due to our internet. We rescheduled with them for today, June 10 but they never showed.

    All three outdoor cameras did not work after technician left. He appeared not well versed with the google nest product. More in a rush to finish than complete the installation properly. Returned all cameras after I uninstalled them.

    Had to reinstall myself for proper viewing

    The first installation was done in the easiest way possible and did not allow for proper viewing. I reinstalled them myself. Then I had a defective camera and they exchanged it but wanted to charge me a second time for installation.

    Cameras were installed on Saturday and one of the cameras was completely dead by Monday. Even had solor charger put with the camera.

    If I could give a zero I would . This install was cancelled and rescheduled three separate times by the company that I finally told them to forget it and I installed the cameras myself.

    I spent $1700 on this security system. I have to be awake 24/7 to hear the beeb that someone is breaking into my house. It is the worst system ever. I was desperate and needed a system immediately. I will be getting rid of it, even tho I spent a fortune.

    This service was never completed. The tech couldn't do what was promised due and i had to use my gas to drive the items back to store for returns.. Please refund

    3rd party dummy hooked the wireless camera up on my back porch. The only problem is that I bought the solar energy charger that he also hooked up on my back porch. Where there is zero sunlight to charge it.

    I bought up tech support for any annual fee, I was supposed to get this set up for free. When they called on thier way they said I had to a couple hundred dollars. Ithought was a scam. Did not get installed

    I paid for 4 security camera, 4 solar panels, and 2 Nest Installations. I paid and nothing was completed and yet they said it was completed. They attempted to install the Nests, but since then the heating system is no longer working.
