    I hate these cameras!!!!! They do not work AND I can’t get Best Buy or Google Nest to take them back or help trouble shoot to try and see if they can be fixed or replaced!!!

    I have not been able to get an appointment for anyone to come out because of the COVID-19 issue, so the cameras have not been installed. And, of course, no one from Geek Squad is following up on anything.

    I have had issues with live view and connecting problems also delayed notifications...still working on solutions I’ve even purchased separate router for WiFi...Device Health reports all issues are going well but still will not show live view

However it may be necessary, as your router might need to be configured manually to allow those cameras to function optimally (port forwarding, etc).     i needed geek squad to make image to show on monitor. picture go on and off. maybe geek squad can give me another visit. i will get an electrician to change outlet. and geek squad can return.

    Wireless vs. Wired Cameras.

    Order was incorrectly written to install "wireless" cameras. The install team was not able to install the "wired" cameras and the service was to be cancelled.

    The cameras are not working and I am still waiting for the Geek Squard to fix the problem after trying for 5 times. Hopefully the 6 time the can fix the problem.

    Geek squad unable to pair cameras to base station

    Paid for in home connect of Arlo cameras. Tech showed up and could not connect cameras to base station and left after 15 minutes. I was able to connect myself after he left. ?
