    agents mounted and got cameras(3) to work two hours later they dont work.now thet work when they want to.have to have someone come and fix the issue

    The workers did good but I was very disappointed to learn that my 4 wireless security cameras can not use the activity zone! So therefore, I am very unhappy with my cameras!

    Geek squad never showed up or called. When I called to see why, I was on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one answered. My device still needs to be installed.

    EVERY time I deal with best buy, they screw things up. That is even being a total tech member and spending thousands of dollars

    Never showed up and no one is calling me. I have gone to the Best Buy local store 4 times and this appointment has been rescheduled 3 times and still no luck.

    I am not satisfied with the camera installation. Camera does not work and back n forth. Technician was good but camera installation or may be not satisfied with the product.

    They could not install the google outdoor camera, I contacted BestBuy many time to request refund, but I was kept forwarding to many departments but no result

    No one called or showed up to do install. Waited all day, even though they were to arrive to do install between 7AM to 1PM. Installed the cameras myself.

    Wasn't installed right. Been having problems from day one. And it's too late to take it back. Will not shop at best buy again. Paid 99.00 to have them install it. What a waste of cash.
