Roger installed my Ring cameras and Ring Doorbell camera. He adjusted them to make sure they were pointed in the right direction and blocked some areas where there was too much-unneeded motion. He also taught me how to use the app. Roger is very conscientious with his work and has a good personality. He also reminded me to call if there were any problems later.

My first set of of cameras did not work properly. Bestbuy continued to work on the issue and resolved the problem.

Trina was the best help for us. She explained everything she was doing and walked us through putting the security cameras through installing the APP. It was so much easier for her to do the installation rather than taking a day out of our schedule to figure it out. Two cameras were installed and APP information figured out in less than 45 minutes.

Good thing I looked in my spam email because I was waiting for this email to review my in home installion from the geek squad. Super knowledgeable super clean and aware to take precautions, the Asian guy that handled my cameras knew so much, I didn’t have to question his ability. Very quick, had lots of patience with me. Was training a girl while performing service and still was not distracted or didn’t take time away from doing his job. Definitely recommend because I knew I would struggle with putting cameras all by myself.

We received excellent, professional help installing our outside camera and Ring doorbell. My husband and I are in our seventies, and are unsteady getting on high ladders. The help was very much appreciated.

Geek Squad installed on 7/7/23. On 7/25/23 it stopped working. Had received e-mails from Ring Team on 7/19/23 and 7/23/23 that it was time to recharge battery but sinc I had the Solar Battery I ignored them ).

Quickly set up and tutored us on how to use. All I could ask for. The installers were friendly and neat.

The agents mounted my cameras and solar panel in a timely manner and was very professional. They were very informative about the product.

The guy that came to install our Ring Spotlight camera, Carlos, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once installed I didn't light where it was mounted so he changed it to were I wanted and did it with a smile. He took his time in showing us how it worked in addition to some tips. He was very peasant and easy to talk to; didn't make you feel dumb when I asked a lot of questions.

The same gentleman come to install my solar panels, that did my cameras. They were so very nice & were very quick & helpful to the couple of questions I had. Neither of them made me feel I was being rushed nor a pest with my questions.

Geek Squad arrived on time and installed the 3 items which I had purchased and explained how they functioned. Also helped set up our phones to view the camera and ring functions.
