The agents who installed our outdoor cameras after the ones we had stopped working.

Best Buy should be giving me a $400 gift card for all the inconvenience with getting the product I ordered in November 2025. Due to the store delays getting the purchased item to me delayed installation 1/2 dozen times or more at this point. Service extremely poor and recommended using another company for purchase of cameras Nd installation. If I didn’t need the cameras installed, I would have cancelled this whole order along time ago. No excuse! The rating should be POOR. They default this to FAIR and I say that is not accurate after what I have been through.

Kory, Josh and Morgan have been excellent. All three are very professional and know exactly what they are doing.

I didn't like adon cast to nount on cement after paying for it.

The Geek Squad tech installed my new ring camera outside, made sure it was connected to my wife and reviewed everything with me. He was also friendly as well as knowledgeable. Great service appointment.

The tech installed an additional Arlo wireless camera and solar panel. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast as usual. We purchase many products from Best Buy and have a TotalTech support membership which has worked out great.

The techs did a great job installing doorbell cameras and outside cameras. They made sure everything was working thru the app. Best buy has the best customer service.
