The company told me 3 times when they were coming out and never showed or called. It was impossible to contact them as they do not answer the phone or call back. The final straw was when the tech just showed up with no previous calls. He wanted me to pay him directly and cancel the contract with best buy.

Redo Refused by Best Buy

I ordered longer cords and requested a redo to connect the cameras but Best Buy refused. The cameras with cords were purchased from BB. I did not know they were too short. I feel ripped off.
