I received notification of my installation window. I received a phone call of the arrival time. The Tech showed up on time and was very pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and asked what coverage I wanted. Then he advised me of the best locations so I could maximize my camera views.

The installation was easy and quick. The install guy came in ask me a few questions of where I want the cameras. Afterwards he showed me how he would be positioning them, and showed me demos of the video quality and how the cameras should work. I recommend it for anyone who needs installations quick and one’s a very easy quick demo on how do use the cameras afterwards.

my geek squad member did all that was necessary to insure camera's were installed and working. He worked comfortably with me not pressuring or rushing to get through setup

Two techs quickly got us up and running; they talked through the placement to be sure we were getting the best install although having the small camera over our front door didn't seem best, as we also had lights to install.
