The agent came an installed all of the Arlo security cameras within about 20 minutes. System was fully operational within 30 minutes.

When I purchased my home security cameras, I didn’t want to take the risk of doing it myself. I’m glad that the Geek Squad came out and properly installed them. I’m very satisfied with their service. Thank you Geek Squad!

Kennedy and Logan were exceptional and very good at explaining the Arlo door bells.

They mounted 3 security cameras. They were knowledgeable and professional.

The agent checked all of the batteries before loading them into the cameras. He located the best placements for and installed the cameras and solar panels for optimum coverage. He doublechecked my telephone to ensure I could access the cameras and taught how to use the Ring app. He demonstrated how to load and unload the batteries should I need to recharge them. He explained that a drop in temperature could effect the cameras' operation. Also, he indicated that I was to ensure that the camera doors were closed at all times so moisture didn't get in. He also showed me how to reconnect the cameras should one go off line. He also placed the Eeros for the best coverage. The technician was very thorough, personable, and professional.

We had ring cameras installed around the house. 4 are working perfectly and 1 has a hard time signaling back pictures at night (blurry night pictures). At daytime it works perfectly and I still have to get a call back from them.

Agents installed cameras and solar panels and connected to existing Ring app. All questions answered and agents were very efficient and friendly.
