When I asked why not, I didn't really get an answer. It turns out my WIFI signal wasn't strong enough and I need a booster. He should have known that and advised that. Also, he should have advised getting a solar panel for the battery, rather than having to get on a ladder to change the battery regularly. He apparently didn't know much about the product.

After talking with an in-store rep he offered an onsite analysis for no charge. Excellent idea. The expert came out and reviewed my property and made suggestions. I completed my puchase on line & scheduled the installation at the same time. Install team (2 people) came out within days and completed the install. EXCELLENT SERVICE, SMOOTH PROCESS!
