The guys who came to install my cameras were great. Friendly, informative, installation was efficient.

The service was to install a nestcam on the outside of my house. I told them I wanted to run the cable from the camera into my attic and then down into my garage where it could be plugged in the AC outlet. I explained this to the operator when I called to request service and was told this was not a problem, that it would cost $130 plus tax and that I would be completely happy with the job, or I could get a refund. When the technician arrived, he mounted the camera very easily onto the soffit of my roof with 2 wood screws, something I could have done myself in 5 minutes, He then told me there was no way he could run the cable thru my attic and he had no experience doing so. He said he was sorry and then left. I called and tried to get someone to fix the problem and was told that a manager would have to come out and access the work and that it would cost an additional $50 just to look at the job. I declined and now I must take the camera down every 2 months to charge it. I am very unhappy with the Geek Squad, they don't honor their proposals and offer no you no consolations.

Aaron did a wonderful job picking out the recommendations on choosing the correct product for our needs. Likewise, Jeremy did a wonderful job installing the chosen equipment. However, the work is not finished. Jeremy said the doorbell camera was to good to be installed in our doorbell. He recommended a lesser doorbell camera. Therefore the work still needs to be completed. Could they help finalizing the installation?
