Everything was tested thoroughly and he was very patient helping us get familiar and comfortable with the software and hardware. We are very happy with the technician and the products he installed for us.

Worth the monies

Need more help from Geek Squad.

Sister was there at the same time and they set them up as hers? They work on and off and every time I share, I lose control of them. I simply don't understand how this works. Was not fully explained to me, the Owner. Also fining very difficult to add another camera. They had it going, but when moved, won't work. Frustrating. I believe another camera that was there took control of mine. Difficult to get hold of anyone to help. All in all, the pictures, when they work are great, but next time will purchase a different product.
