Excellent Service/ Couldn't ask for more

When I bought them, I told both the lady on the Geek Squad and the Sales Person in the Security Camera section exactly what I was doing, why, and what I wanted. Not only did they not schedule enough time for the Geek Squad to complete the services, but they sold me the wrong equipment. After 3 trips, one with a supervisor, and ending up taking down what I originally bought and getting a new system, I am fully pleased. Geek Squad you rock!

Loved the service

The guys that came to install the cameras were outstanding to say the least. They really knew what they were doing, and were so efficient and careful. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t get their names to personally thank them.

I would have thought that the gentlemen installers would have known that.
