It would have helped if he took a fe minutes to explain how to use the cameras. The lights work well. But cameras seem complicated.

Geek Squad did great!

I believe his name was Garrett coming from the Reynoldsburg store. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cameras and even connected them in the app for me. Would recommend getting this service for anyone getting cameras.

Recharge First - Then Install

I would have thought that the gentlemen installers would have known that.
