The agent that came out called me when he was on his way. I believe his name was Garrett coming from the Reynoldsburg store. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cameras and even connected them in the app for me. Would recommend getting this service for anyone getting cameras.

The team mounted the Ring door bell; however it was not working properly but the agents put the blame on the Wi-Fi signal. When I pointed it out only they agreed it was a defect equipment.

I don’t like the camera. I purchased the arlo camera and solar panel. The technician told me I wouldn’t have to worry about charging it for at least a year. I had to charge it the next day. The solar panel don’t work well at all. I feel it was a total waste of money. I can’t have it on the settings that I really want it on because then it really drains the battery. So, I feel that it is a waste and not serving the purpose of why I bought it in the first place. I miss so many motions it ridiculous.

only thing I don t like some neighbors complain about the lights to brite in there windows I ask why you don't have curtains also they think its pointed at there house anyone know how to answer those questions I dont intstall the camera I paid best buy to make those installations .

Ring Camera was installed fine. However, I'm not happy with how often it needs to be taken down & battery recharged. Also, why do I have to pay in order to keep videos?

They worked very hard attempting to make my camcera connection to be a efficient as possible. Unfortunately this will be the last free installation by the geek squad since that benefit is going away.
