We decided to get help to install one of our Arlo cameras since it had to go way up in our backyard wall. The technician was great and friendly and even spent extra time with some of the app and hardware setup. Overall, geek squad is always worth it if you have the slightest doubts about setting it up yourself.

They worked as a team and got the job done quickly.

Nice little camera. The automatic privacy slide that covers the lens is really nice. You dont have to wonder if the camera is recording when off. Its perfect the size to kind of hide it. There are some features it should have for the price.

Install delayed due to weather and BB scheduling. The two techs were amazing and quickly set up the stuff to install. They PATIENTLY and KINDLY showed us that our install plan would not benefit and made sure we were happy before moving on. GREAT JOB, GUYS!!!

EXCELLENT INSTALLATION AND SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY WELL SKILLED.

A best buy employee recommended them but in all honesty i wish i would've gone with something different. They do their job as cameras but batteries die so quick and the recording most of the time have static.

Having Total Tech Support makes having things like this done so quickly and they personnel are so professional its absolutely painless. Ryan and his coworker were a pleasure to work with

I wanted to see packages left at my front door, and to see if my garage door is closed when I am away. I told this to a third party installer sent by Best Buybut he said it could not be done because of the angle. They need to make flexible-neck cameras. These are necessary safety features. The cameras don’t show everything, or the whole sequence of movement. I am afraid they may miss a crucial moment. Otherwise the featues are working. And i appreciate the neighborhood happenings beong reported.
