Geek squad is a well trained squad. They know their stuff

the agents mounted my new security cameras with batteries and then came back to mount the solar panels so we don't need to keep changing out the batteries, and they installed the solar panels where they can receive more light.

I love the security cameras they give me extra security when I’m away from home I can monitor what is happening inside and outside of my home. I also feel safer at night when I’m home alone.

He was great and he's a very nice person. He came and did what he had to do, we had small conversation, he was knowledgeable. He understood everything that I was saying to him and about my concerns and he even gave me his number just in case I needed him or I for got a question to ask about the system

Bryan from the Geek Squad in Corpus Christi came and installed our cameras and wifi extenders and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and kind and worked very hard to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you very much for doing a superb job!!

This is great... you can talk through the cameras! Now when the neighbors walks her god forsaken poodle and it tries to poop on my yard i start barking uncontrollably and it takes off so fast!!!

install was very quick and simple to do if you knew about the product

The agent was able to set up our cameras very easily.

Installation seemed to go fine, & the set-up was supposedly completed, but unfortunately we immediately began experiencing issues with the system malfunctioning, not detecting motion when it should, not recording, going offline, etc. We called the agent that did installation right away - on two different days - we still have never received a return call (we called twice at the very beginning of July). Our system still isn’t working properly and the lack of follow thru on Geek Squad’s end has been disappointing.

Battery life greatly reduced by service going off and on. I was told the batteries would last about a month - they only last about 1 week. Something within the software keeps deactivating the cameras.

The agent mounted 3 cameras and a solar panel. Needed a taller ladder, which arrived in a timely fashion. And one camera needed to be moved. Also, had to remove solar panel as it would not support the charge overnight. All done for a simple low charge. All cameras hooked up to the Ring app.

GREAT IDEA TO HAVE ALL EXTERIOR DOOR MONITORED WITH A CAMERA.
