Was charged for installation that was never made. The Geek Squad was supposed to return the battery operated Cameras back to the store. Have been charged for the returned cameras and installation that never took place.

The agents repaired a difficult complex Nest Camera/Thermostat wifi connect issue. It is a complex process if you lose connection with your Google account. The Geek Squad Team came through in spectacular fashion reconnecting my Nest system.

I have a Ring wireless camera in the backyard as I face an open field. It’s very secure and even warns people that they’re getting recorded if they get too close. It records everything! I’m very happy with it.

The Geek Squad has helped me set up & keep many items running right for many years. They have always been very knowledgeable, friendly, and above the top of customer service. The Geek Squad is why I shop at Best Buy so much over the years. Cost maybe a bit higher than other stores but I'd rather pay more & get their great service!

Great price and hopefully quality. Its a I don’t think the system can upgrade to more than 8 cameras but if 8 is what you need then this is a good system connected with wires.
