Installation of our home theater which is included the TV, stereo system, and all necessary components. They have worked on multiple computers and have never ever ever let us down.

Did not use the service

But the guy was very friendly and tell us not to worry they will refund us the money. The customer relation was excellent. I’m very happy with Best Buy.
