The Geek Squad were better than the third party that came the first time to install the camera!

The Geek Squad did a great job with working on my computer. He is very smart! I am computer challenged! I already have and will continue to recommend them to others.

These cameras do some lagging. Should hv option of zooming. A lot of times the camera doesent pick up motion at your door til there walking away

This guy was awesome he made sure the cameras were exactly where I wanted them and angled exactly were I WANTED he was kind and very helpful answered all my questions and explained everything to me, excellent service with a smile!!!

Great experience with the Geek Squad Technician that came out to install my products. He was very knowledgeable and even recommended the new Router that I bought which has been a great decision for me.

If I could give zero stars I would, they came out and said they could not connect my existing camera system, then left and charged me for an install. I called to dispute and was told they would contact me and it never happened. Do not use.

The geek squad agent install my 3 cameras quickly and walked me through downloading the app and making sure that I had a strong wireless connection and also show me how to set up my activity zones on my cameras

The guys did a great job installing my camera system my ring doorbell and all the social equipment I went with it. They were very professional worked hard and get it installed. Great job geek squad.

The camera was installed correctly but then went off line and cannot be corrected until the installer can come out and get the code for the router
