The gentlemen who came to the house were fantastic. Called when they were on their way and were respectful and extremely helpful. Installed my products and social distanced with masks the entire time. Excellent service

Chimes all the time, at every motion, every cat and even says there’s a person there when there’s nothing. It’sa lie that you don’t have to pay for service, because none of the motion or smart features work unless you have a membership. Disappointed

Appreciate the support to properly install items. What took the team less than 30 minutes would have taken me more than an hour.

Had quite a bit of trouble getting this scheduled and waited all day on 3 separate days for someone to show up only to find out they canceled my order. It would have been nice if someone could have actually let me know no one was going to show up. Finally, on the 4th day, they assigned to a contractor that did a pretty good job. I'd actually give the guys that came out on 4th try a higher rating & the initial 3 trys a no star rating.

The agent assisted in setting up a new Hub that had been sent under warranty/RMA. Very pleased with the assistance provided in setting up the system.

For the first time the Geek Squad outsourced the installation. Horrible service. Made 4 appointments and didn’t show up nor call. Whoever selected this process should be fired I installed myself
