The wiiU is a good console for the money. Although my kids enjoy playing the playstation more. I'll give this a 4 stars because of the quality of the the product. And how good it preforms. My children are 5-6 maybe they are too young to really understand how it works. Some games you need to play with a wii remote and other games you can just use the game pad. And that's why I took away a star. So if you bought the wiiU deluxe plan on spending another 50-100$ on controllers and remotes.

I love that you don't have to play all games on the tv it makes it easier for me and my spouse to play games together without having to go into separate rooms to do so. I also love watching Netflix on the Wii u controller it makes for a much easier and enjoyable experience.

Got this bundle with Super mario 3d land on sale with a free Wii U pro controller. Originally planned on buying Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash bros Wii u to play, but my wife and I have actually enjoyed Super mario 3d land as well. Overall, great value, and great console

This system was purchased by my college-aged son who is an avid gamer and is going to school to obtain a degree in Game Development. So far, he loves the Wii U Gamepad the most. Since he's also a Mario fan, receiving the two games with the system purchase was a real bonus.

A true blast from the past. If you were a fan of mario kart, super smash, mario party, etc. back in the day, you'll really enjoy this system. I would reccommend getting the pro controllers also as some games require them and i even prefer using them for mario kart too.

Easy to setup and comes with two fun games. Perfect for a family that uses the main TV for gaming and watching TV. The gamepad acts like a screen just in case someone wants to watch TV. Overall, must buy Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart to complete the Wii U experience.

Gotta love Nintendo games and a console that comes with two games (one being the excellent Super Mario 3D World) at only $300 is a steal. The Mario game is super fun to play with your friends and my girlfriend likes it even though she doesn't really like most video games.

WiiU was a great idea for the kids and adults. It gives us something to do on a daily basis and it never gets old. Its just a great price for a great gift. I would get this. If you don't, you're missing out!

As a single dad with a child this video console is alright for the price, with the separate pad I can watch tv and he still can play on his system. Enjoy it a lot with my son the games that are really easy to use and play for hours as family time. let the bonding begin.

The WIi U is powerful enough to bring you a good experience. If you are a super hardcore gamer maybe you'd be a little dissapointed but it has some hardcore games as well. but not as much as the other consoles. if you are a nintendo fan you won't be dissapointed at all.

Nintendo's best to be sure- BUT UI is very slow, just transiting from menu to menu is a choir considering the speed of other current gen systems. getting logged in to a Nintendo account is a choir as well, and only being able to use 1 WII U per account is a terrible decision.. All that being said--- the games (what few there are) shine brighter than all other systems 1st party content. Super Mario 3D is nothing short of a delight. Haven't bothered with Nintendo land

We have 4 boys and they love video games. The only downfall is the system not coming with at least one extra regular nunchuck and remote. We were fortunate to have a Wii system already so we had the additional equipment to accommodate a family with more than one child.

Bought this for my 7 year old daughter's birthday and this is a blast to play with. The graphics are awesome and the ability to play Wii games on it makes an even better purchase. My only complaint is the cost of the Wii U games. Very expensive but, again, worth it.

The Wii U is a really great system and finally worth it given the many new games that have come out and are coming out over the next year. Smash Bros., Hyrule Warriors, Pikmin 3, and many others already out have been a blast so far, but I am also really excited for Star Fox U, Zelda U and a bunch more that will be coming out soon. Me and my girlfriend love our Wii U and I think it still has the best couch coop games and availability between all the next gen systems. Although the Xbox and Playstation are great in their own right, they don't have enough couch coop games for us to play together and with anyone we have over.Plus Nintendo exclusives are always excellent, so you get access to a great many games you won't be able to play on the other consoles. I highly recommend this to anybody looking for a nice, more fun, casual, system, and also to anyone who likes to play video games with friends they have over.

Picked up the Wii U as the replacement for the Wii. All the Wii games I currently owned played on the Wii U with no problems. Was able to also use my controllers. Like the fact that anyone can play the system without the use of the tv with the handheld unit.

I had my xbox one system for a while now, and the lack of games that are not coming out made me buy this WII U and boy, what a system! everyone needs a wii u system in their home, its such a great system! i do not regret coughing up 300 dollar + for this system!

I love all of the Nintendo brand game systems, but the Wii U is by far my favorite so far. It is fun and simple to use for the whole family, my kids really like the touch screen and the fact that they can play a game while others are watching tv at the same time.

Mario 3D world is a great first game to have with the WiiU console. The game is a bit more challenging than I remember other Mario games but still a great game. The WiiU system itself is great and 10x better then the first edition I had previous to this one.

I was weary about buying this system because I already owned the original one. I love this system better. I love that the system doesn't have to always be used with the TV and that the controls are integrated in it. My favorite part is that it's touchscreen.

Nintendo is coming back. The top games it has right now are really fun to play. The Wii u gamepad controller itself is really cool, revolutionary imo. This is my favorite game system so far. If you been thinking about getting one you should go ahead and do so.
