    Bought this product for my son as a surprise gift. Packed the contents without checking to see if everything was there and checking to see if it worked. A bad decision for sure but trusted that since I bought the device from Best Buy that there would be no problems. The console turned out to defective and there was no game pad. Contacted Best Buy and they asked me to return the device to the nearest Best Buy, which was not an option as I am out of the country. They then offered me a $30 refund after paying over $300 for a useless device.
