wii is a good system for young children but also fun for adults

Gift for our son. We all play games on the WII and love it.

My kids wanted it, fun to play if you like the games they have.

I have owned every Nintendo gaming system since the NES came out when I was in elementary school. I continue to have warm and fuzzy feelings about the nostalgia I get from playing Mario and Nintendo proprietary games. Although not as "revolutionary" are the Wii, the Wii U has enough advancements (finally a HDMI connection) to make me happy.

Wii U is the perfect console for adults and kids. Easy setup

I am not much on console gaming, but decided to purchase the Wii U for some nostalgia. I grew up playing NES/SNES, so I was accustomed to the Nintendo/Mario franchise. Gameplay is great on this console, especially with the second display able to play full games on it instead of the TV. Would have bought this sooner had I known how much I liked it!

While the Wii u doesn't have a great third party library of games, Nintendo delivers with an impressive and fun collection of first party titles that take full advantage of the Wii U's innovative design. Nintendo proves again that innovation, quality software, and loyalty to the old formula of good game making is better than powerful machines.

I would recommend product to anyone. My family plays every day

They've really out done themselves with this one. Don't worry about buying new accessories if you had the Wii. The Wii Plus remotes work for this system too. My whole family loves to sit around the tv and play Mario Kart and Smash brothers. I even downloaded my two favorite Zelda games from my child hood from the nintendo eshop. Buy this system.

Excellent product, good graphics and display, easy to install

We picked the Wii U because we have young kids and the games seemed more like the type we wanted our kids to play. At first it kind of skipped and then reset its self a couple of times. after we gave it access to our Wi-Fi network it updated itself (yellow light instead of red/green while updating) and has been fine ever since. The kids love it
