Perfect hood/vent

Good quality and value but hard installation

The installation part was a little tricky because the guidelines were not clear. I've seen different types of appliance installation guidelines and this one was the worst. They should update their installation guidelines. Other than than that product is nice.

Slim and effective

When I try and turn it on and off there seems to be a delay or I have to press the buttons multiple times.

Check vent requirements

Make sure you read the instructions for the minimum vent size to use. We might of undersized ours so it doesn’t have as much suction as it probably should.

I have not washed the grills yet but was told they are dish washer safe. But, we like the features and, considering all hoods are a bit loud, it's as expected.

Steps required for installation have been omitted. No mention that panels must be removed to access mounting location holes, etc. Drawings provided do not give sufficient detail.
