    If I could give 0 stars I would. First off where do I start! This has been a complete joke from the start! 3 appointments later and still the cameras are still in the box! First appointment was canceled for the rain, which I can understand that one. We scheduled another appointment and staid home waiting, I finally reached out to see the status. They tell me oh it was canceled? Wait what? They never reached out to me as to why they canceled my appointment. So there again made another appointment. My appointment was from 7am-1pm. It was 3:45 before someone showed up. Only to tell me I can only install 1 camera! Are you kidding me! I need to reach out to Best Buy to see what they recommend to install the other cameras since He claims i don’t have attic access. Did not even look at the attic to see what can be done just looked around the yard and that’s it! I’m so furious I have wasted my day and time with trying to get cameras around my house installed!

    The agents weren’t able to set up these cameras and we went through a lot of misinformation. We finally had to pay for a company to come from outside to install.

    The man missed two appointments I set up, showed up several hours late complaining how he had to drive from Dallas. He left cigarette buds all over my yard. He said if I got other things such as surround sound or tvs he’d set up outside of this. He took my audio cord.

    Confidence in Geek Squad's Great Service

    Can't give a review on product yet, but I can with the service I received with Geek Squad service. I feel like I was treated with the best service that was available. Though the circumstances were a bit inconvenient, I was given the best options available and felt as if they had my best interests in mind. I appreciate the Geek Squad, their professionalism and knowledge, and their ability to problem solve... Being a Geek Squad member, at this point, gives me assurance that I will be taken care of with sincere integrity...

    Teck stepped through my ceiling. Cameras were installed well but show the eves of my home. Teck was not helpful and they dragged insulation all over my home. Then asked for good review. We are not up on all detail of placement or angels of camera. I would not have them back in my home.

    I was very disappointed with Best Buy. Purchased wired ring cameras had 4 installation appointments 1st installer couldn’t install. 2nd installer could not install 3rd and 4th outside installers were no shows. All of this had been going on since February and it is now May but it ended April

    The gentleman removed the previous security cameras and replaced them. These gentleman were very informative. I appreciate the time they took with us.

    Older home, luckily it replaced existing camera. Would have been real problem if the camera wires needed to run.

    Service man failed to show for first appt. Then showed up a 7 pm on second appt to install 4 floodlight cameras and ring doorbell. It was dark before he was thro and declined to install app on laptop.

    Wonderful, kind and patient professional that came to install my home security. After 3 failed attempts for installation at Best Buy in Oxford Valley area of PA, thankful I found Best Buy in Princeton, NJ that was very helpful and had someone quickly come to install. I'm very happy with my cameras!

    They promise to do an install after looking at the location. Group that came out to install said that they couldn't drill through the particular wall. Just told another group would be coming out then I was ghosted for about 3 months until I went into store and had them return the install.

    Very bad experience! Contract help for Best Buy installation would not install wired cameras. They were scheduled out 6 times. Every time I had to interrupt my day waiting for them to show up. The first contractor tried to get me to purchase wireless cameras so they didn’t have to do the wiring. They made the excuse, the wires they had were not long enough and would need to order longer ones. They left and did not return or call to reschedule. I called a few days later, only to be told that the contractor had marked the camera installation as completed. Best Buy scheduled installers 5 additional times. No one ever showed up! I was only called one of those 5 times to cancel the appointment. That call was made approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival time. The reason given was rain in the area. They were in Jacksonville, FL and I’m in Saint Augustine, FL,( 45 minutes away). It did not rain nor was rain in the forecast for my area. No call was made for the cancellation of other 4 scheduled installation dates, they just didn’t show up. I could go on and on. I called at least a dozen times and now I’m having a hard time getting a refund from them. It’s in the hands of my credit card company now.

    The audio visual service tech who put up my cameras was professional and did a great job. He explained how everything worked before leaving, and made sure the cameras were positioned just the way we want them. Very good

    Technician was almost an hour late. And my wires are exposed. Contacted support regarding dissatisfaction and they were no help at all.

    Two guys came to do the camera and TV installation and they did it very fast. Both are super professional and did not leave any mess or whatsoever. I couldn't be happier with the Geek squad service.

    I had a technician called Mark who is the third-party contractor with Best Buy and he did an excellent job, not only just for installing our outdoor security cameras but also making sure our system worked properly.

    Well the guys were somewhat knowledgeable about the product but no equipped. Didn’t have a tall ladder thank goodness we had one for them to use
