Works great, use it on my Samsung 4k UHD television.

Touchpad was not working correctly and very slow. I don't use it now. don't waste your money

Bought this and it never paired with my Samsung tv, took it back 19 days later and was told I needed to contact Samsung because the store only has 15 days for returns, so now I have a device that doesn't work and I feel like I gave my money away! Won't be going back to Best Buy for a while.

This would be good if they can get it to work properly.

I was looking for a keyboard for my Samsung 7000 series TV. I was told by the clerk it would work but it would only turn the TV on and off. No other functions worked.

This keyboard does not work well with my 65" Samsung TV and the @ sign puts in "; so when I'm typing a email address, I have to remember to hit " for the @ symbol...that's crazy!

I have a brand new Samsung television and it would never sync. I had to return it and found a keyboard on Amazon for only $25 and it works great!

Get a cheap inexpensive wireless keyboard and mouse. The built in mouse on the keyboard is worthless. Returned mine immediately.

Purchase this keyboard because I thought it would make typing easier. The keyboard works fine if you like using it as an oversized remote, but it's not functional with the simple apps like youtube or Pandora. What good is it to have a keyboard if you can't type anything in the search bar. Overpriced keyboard, returning today, not worth the $99.

Ok, so I bought this Wireless Keyboard for my smart tv. I hate the finger mouse...it moves when it feels like it and it's too dang big. When trying to get it to move, it gets stuck (often) so you're sitting there waiting for it to move, only to have it go haywire and move all over the place and then it clicks on stuff you're not trying to click on and basically angers me. If it wasn't for the fact that when it does work right, it makes surfing the net on my tv a wonderful experience, I would take it back. It is really irritating. It took me 10 minutes to get it where I could comment on a post on social media. I started to introduce it to the wall and just use my tablet, or laptop, or phone. Hunk-a-junk. DON'T DO IT! And I love this brand. Their products are usually pretty good. I had to go to my laptop to write this review...that's how annoying using this wireless keyboard is. After finishing my review on social media, it took me 5 minutes to get the finger mouse to click on the Post button.

Using the Keyboard make using the Web browser on my smart TV so easy. It works better than the TV remote.

Let me compare this with iPad keyboard. When iPad Keyboard is off, iPad shows keypad on the screen but when keyboard is on, keypad disappear so I can use keyboard like a computer style (no on-screen keyboard blocking the half of the screen or interfere with key input between screen keyboard and physical keyboard). But this Samsung's expensive keyboard doesn't work like that. On screen keyboard is not disappearing when my keyboard is on. And it keeps interfere with on screen keyboard so I returned it. Somehow people love this but.. not me. I'm done.

This is a great accessory to your Samsung TV especially if you are doing more than casually watching tv! While I dont use this item as much as I probably should its always there and works great.

Although the compatibility chart included with this keyboard shows that it is compatible with my new 6400 series TV - it doesn't work. Spending time on the phone tonight with Samsung Customer Support, I learned that it isn't compatible. I asked if Samsung provided a different keyboard that would work and was transferred to a different department and told that the 6400 Series TV (48" Smart/4K Ultra HD 2160) is not compatible with any Samsung keyboards.
