Be careful when you check the compatibility with your TV. This keyboard does not work with the newer JU model UHD TV. It took 2 hours of my life with Samsung tech support and finally an "Oh I'm sorry that keyboard is not compatible with your TV" to get to the bottom of it. They're website lists it as compatible with 2015 (J5500, J6300+ and all UHD) & 2014 (H6400+) Samsung TVs. Not true.

THIS SAMSUNG PRODUCT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND LIGHT WEIGHTED.

I purchased this item after checking the compatibility on the Best Buy website, however, the information on the compatibility section is incorrect. I tried pairing it but it wouldn't pair. Then I went to the Samsung website and chatted with a representative there, who stated this keyboard was not compatible with my tv. It's just a hassle to have to now return it because I live about 25 miles from the nearest BB. I'm sure it's a good product - it certainly seems like it.

Before I purchased this keyboard, I made sure that the model number of my new samsung smart tv was compatible. The fact that when I grabbed it from off the shelf and half of them were open box resales should have been my first clue. I followed the instructions and it only told me that it isn't compatible. Atleast Best Buy has a good return policy, took it back the next day.

I bought this with the knowledge that it was compatible with my Samsung Smart TV J5500 [which it states on Samsung's Website], But it turns out it's not much better than my Logitech K400r. Basically it's like a giant remote, I can't use it to type out searches in any of the apps [you tube, hbo go, etc..] Like I could on my LG Smart TV & Logitech Keyboard. So I will be returning it to Best Buy and possibly the TV as well

Do not spend money on this. Construction of keyboard itself is good. Touchpad mouse is another story, as the plastic bubbles off the base and loses its sensitivity. Keyboard connects for short periods of time. If you're just using it for entering in email or account info on netflix or something like that it will work fine. But do yourself a solid and buy something better.

I'm disappointed with this product for two reasons. The first disappointment is the fact that nowhere on this keyboard, even on the function keys, can I find the guide button. I had to use my old remote to bring up the channel guide. But then I gave that remote to my son and now I cannot bring up the channel guide. The second disappointment is the keyboard does not work with Amazon Prime. It works fine with Netflix I can type in my search on the keyboard and find what I'm looking for, but when I try to do the same with Amazon Prime it will not work; I have to mouse over the buttons to type my search, which defeats the whole purpose for buying the keyboard in the first place.

This is an awesome keyboard for our smart tv! It makesounds it so much easier to access this on the internet then using the remote.

I really love this keyboard with built-in mouse. Very easy to use and works great with my Samsung Smart TV.

I am disappointed. I have a Samsung SmartTV but this product didn't work with it.

With the remotes and new technology not a real necessity but it is very convenient.

Claims to work on 6500 series and up. I have a 7100 series, DOES NOT WORK, period. I have not found an aftermarket one that will either.

Works perfect, so simple to get working. And finally a keyboard with a touch pad that works on my tv, I love it
