I'm sure it's a good keyboard but where my problem came in at was my tv didn't go to it I was disappointed my model wasn't the right one

I liked the potential for this keyboard with my Samsung TV. BUT, it only worked with one of my TV's. The other was not compatible, as it did not have Bluetooth capability...

Return it without opening it I thought it was just too much My kid has one going to wait to see what she thinks but one thing I didn't like keyboard doesn't illuminated

Makes entering web addresses or searches far easier than selecting one letter at time with the remote control. I found an open box keyboard for a fraction of the list price that works great, making it an even better value.

This product works great with the new Samsung televisions.

This keyboard functions as a remote as well as being useful for inputting text. We love the way it syncs with our Samsung TVs and makes the operation very simple.

Have an online Manuel would make it easier to use.

I purchased the earlier version keyboard which didn't work with my new Samsung UHD 4K tv so I was a little nervous before buying this one. Set up couldn't have been easier!

We purchased this very expensive key board to use with our new smart tv. The young salesman at Best Buy said it would work with our tv. It didn't. We took it back and another young salesman said, no it wouldn't work because we didn't have blue tooth with our new smart tv.

I bought this not fully realizing how rapidly these keyboards are produced for new model smart televisions. My TV was a 2013 model and although the keyboard pairs easily it would not work with my model television. Oh, well, live and learn... I returned one and gave the second as a gift to a friend with a newer model smart TV.

Bought this to work with Samsung Smart TV. Salesman was not sure if it would work. Took a while but got it working.

Bought this keyboard to go along with new tv. I functions as it should, but I haven't really found a great need for it. Other than ease of use on the internet, most everything else is easier with the remote.

Like the smart tv especially all the things it can do and all the components i can hook up to it. Bought a sound bar and woofer also Like those too

I love this keyboard! It's great for surfing the Web and not having to click on every letter with the remote control. They also connect with smart phones, at least with the Samsung note 4.

I purchased this keyboard so that I could type letters easily instead of using the remote. The keyboard paired easily without any problems and was able to type. Only problem is the keyboard letters only have a minimal function on one app and cannot be used with all apps.

I have my Surface Pro 4 connected via HDMI cable to my Samsung TV. Combined with a bluetooth mouse, I can use this keyboard to do virtually everything I need to while the Surface Pro is sitting securely on a table across the room. At the moment I am watching videos stored on a computer in a different room connected to the Surface via my wireless network. It means a lot less handling of the more valuable pieces of the system.

No instructions came with keyboard. You have to learn how to utilize the keyboard on you owns
