Great product and it is used on a daily basis. It tells me the number of steps each day and for a mature adult this important in keeping your health.

Did not perform as advertised. Tried it and thanks to Best Buys return policy I returned it, Then bought a fitbit!

I got one and had to return it because it wouldn't power on. The second one I got was just as bad it powered on but froze 2 times during a software update. Pulse didn't work unless you held it against your finger. I returned this one as well

This is a good choice for people who like to be on the go. The other day it stopped working, but the people from customer support are very attentive and professional, they showed me how to do a setup and it went on working fine. I am eagerly waiting for the next model that's coming in October.

Touch screen didn't work straight from the box. Spent a lot of time trying to figure out if it was some setting. Very frustrating. Bought the withings scale as well and returned it as it wouldn't reliably sync.

This was a Christmas gift and I was very disappointed with the product. It was difficult to set up. I wanted a tracker for my heart rate and exercise with a watch. In order to see the watch I had to press a button several times every time I wanted to see the time. Frustrating. I returned it to Best Buy and bought a Fitbit Surge and I am very happy with the Fitbit.

great fitness tracker is very helpful with tracking my activity

This is a replacement for a Withings Pulse I lost. I have several other activity trackers and I consider the Pulse one of the better ones. It's comfortable to wear and has an easy to read screen. I hardly use the heart rate and oxygen level function. I wear chest monitors at the gym.

This product gives me more of an incentive to work out harder.

So far this device has worked OK for me. The only complaint I have is the display is hard to see/read in the sun.

Dis appointed in sleep app, have to buy extra stuff to make it complete , difficult to sync and read with iphone

Seamless integration of HealthMate App on Android HTC M8 and with My Fitness Pal. Battery lasts > a week between charges. Using device for about 6 weeks....love it!

It is a simple, light item to use it tracks sleep, steps, heart rate and it sinks with the iphone app, its great i love it!!!

1st Pulse worked some time to time. After many emails with brand, BestBuy changed it 2nd Pulse never worked 3rd Pulse worked perfectly during few days and it definitively stopped after a walk. Impossible to start it again. BestBuy refunded

This is great tracker that I used to track my walking, elevation, sleeping, pulse, and oxygen. The background syncing with the app is good, too. It is very lightweight, but sometimes the strap gets undone in the middle of the night...

This device has been easy and straightforward to use. No real issues with it at all. I like being able to take it from my clip on to the watch easily.
