A regular mouth thermometer takes almost 2 minutes to get a reading, due to the covid19 we are taking our temps daily. We were hoping this would speed it up and be more accurate. It speeds it up, but it's not accurate at all. Thinking of returning it. It is off by almost +- 1.2 degrees. It is very finicky, not something we want right now. I have two mouth thermometers, one was less than $10 and the other I got free at a health fair. Both have come up with the exactly the same reading multiple times. It's nice that it keeps a record on our smartphone, but that's about it. We've been using the blood pressure device and that's pretty accurate. The thermometer is pretty disappointing.

WOW... I've had bad tech before but this one takes the cake. 1. Sign up for account on the app NOPE... i get a random error code that i cannot get past. 2. Sign up instead online... now there are 4 profiles with my name. To delete these, you have to jump through hoops to 'delete stored data. 3. Walk through the setup... the message on the THERMO says RETRY... over and over and over. There is no troubleshooting, no error code reference... nothing. PS- i bought this to take kiddos temp when sleeping which it clearly advertises. What it doesn't tell you is that it reads UP TO 1/2 INCH AWAY FROM THE HEAD... not sure about you but who can sweep this thing across someones head at less than 1/2 inch. Ridiculous.

I just wish it was chargeable. ....... . .. .

I have two other Withings products and both of them connected to my Wi-Fi and were easy to setup. This has not been the case with the thermometer. I have gone back and forth with Withings tech support and it is obvious they have no clue as to what the issue is and they just keep having me reseting my router, deleting and reinstalling the app. The app is a different app than the one the other products use so I suspect this is the issue but I'm convinced Withings will keep me jumping through hoops until they fix the app or I return the thermometer. If you have a lot of time to waste dealing with offshore tech support buy this otherwise don't waste your time or money
