I went into Best Buy and the man who worked at the desk examined my current watchband, pointed out the replacement rack and the bands that would fit my watch. I picked up the box with the blue (my favorite color) and and handed it to him. He opened it, took my watch and took out the old band...and then, installed the new band. He handed it to me...I paid for it and left...all within 15 minutes. Best Buy is great.
