It is very easy to change out the bands. I use the green for yardwork and working out. The blue is for casual wear. The silver is perfect for dressing up.

It does "stick" to anything metallic which loosens the fit. Overall, I like it. Hopefully the other 2 bands are as easy to attach.

Glad to finally find one, just wish I didn't have to buy the whole set. She really disdains the solid rubber, skin can’t breathe.
