This was the first item I e ever had to return to Bestbuy since I began being a customer when I went to the grand opening of the Best Buy in Birmingham, Alabama many years ago. I would say that's a darn good record.

You have to trim the watch band to fit this specific watch and you need to be careful not to cut too much or it will look awkward. Due to the price, it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning the band kit for a refund or finding another one that actually fits this watch.
