    Only giving 3 stars because of the texture of the band. I wish they had been like the one that came with my Versa, I hardly wear them to be honest. My arm gets hot and it feels like the band is glued to my arm.

    Well my review is not going to be good..thank god i purchased an additional warranty direct from fitbit for 60 bucks,because i hadnt even had the watch for a month and it completely went black and would not even turn on! Ridiculous for that amount of money to pay for something that breaks down in that short of time! Very disappointed. I sent the watch on March 31rst and fedex has obviously lost it..in their stupid smartpost system! At least fit bit has been tracking it too and just today after not having my watch for a month I'm finally getting another replacement shipped from fit bit. Be wary of this watch. Big iszue if i wouldnt have bought the extra ins. And why is Best Buy saying my watch could no longer be returned after 3/19! By them. I thought when buying the watch it was guaranteed for at least a year. Whats up with that!

    It's a terrible product! It does not stay attached to the Fitbit & constantly comes off. Way overpriced for such a subpar item. If I could give it less than a one star rating,I would.

    One of the bands would not stay on watch and it fell off and broke the face of my Fitbit.

    Did not fit my wife's or my fitbit sense very well! they were all over the place. for holding it in place in that little socket that they have. It kept popping out. Mine popped out and the sense fell down and broke. Not happy!
