    The first day they couldn't find my pre-order. Then I had to return the order because the box was damaged. I was told they would fix it an re-order it and it would be at least a week. I got a call back the next day with the same box waiting on me with the pre-order label in the spot where the damage was. I regret making this order and i regret taking the Geek Squads advice. It left me with a damged collectors item and they basically said they couldn't do anything besides giving me a 30$ gift card because of several trips to Best Buy over the course of a week, it didn't even cover the gas to go to try to deal with the re-order issue. Derelict customer service, and whomever you pay to ship your goods should be replaced by a company who will deliver the item in proper condition.

    If you are getting this its most likely just because its the only way to get this game physically. None of the contents of the deluxe set are too crazy, but for an additional 20 dollars I’d say they are fine. If you are interested in getting it though I’d recommend doing so now, as I have a feeling this will become quite rhe collectors item in the future
