Not what I thought it was.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought it was a collection of old NES games but it turned out to be a party game that only had certain levels of each game. And I couldn't return it after I opened it so now I'm out $60 and stuck with this game I don't want.

Only a moron would put a giant sticker on $70 game
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Why does Best Buy put a GIANT sticker directly on the cardboard front of a $70 collectible video game? When the game literally came in a plastic bag, which they removed to put the sticker ON THE CARDBOARD? Because they're morons, is the answer. I will never preorder a video game from Best Buy again. They are morons.

Don’t buy it!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was NOT what I expected at all. It was terrible. And worst part is that I came to bring it back but since it’s an open game they can’t take it. And I paid $65 for this. Awful awful! I guess I paid $65 for the vintage 4x5 cards and that useless gold Nintendo cartridge shell.

Game is great, scalpers are not
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is great, especially the extra items that come in the Deluxe Set. However, Best Buy really needs to do something about the scalpers, some of whom are even flaunting picking up a stack of these in the reviews here...

What?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. How are there so many four and five star reviews on THIS? Are people seriously so brainwashed by Nintendo marketing that they can’t even be honest with themselves about what trash this is? It cost SIXTY dollars! This should be a free download on every possible platform that is capable of running it. Imagine any other company trying to do this and not being trashed by every critic, who ever became aware it existed. It is literally just a bunch of itsy-bitsy tiny little segments of FOURTY YEAR OLD GAMES! Sure it was cool years ago when the games it was showcasing were current, but guess what, this is 2024. There is absolutely no justification to charge $60 for this. WOW, it comes with a fake plastic NES cartridge that doesn’t even work, and a few stupid pieces of cardboard in a box with $1 worth of pins- how exciting… This was probably made by one Nintendo employee in a couple of months in their living room while they worked from home and watched tv. Stop listening to Nintendo marketing and use your brain, and when the haze clears, you will realize that this is not worth $60.
