They work well to keep loops looped and since there are two different sizes in the package you should be able to handle most jobs.

These velcro ties help keep everything neat and organized. There's a slot in one end that allows you to attach the tie to the cord, so its always handy.

The way the end passes through an eyelet is both good and bad at the same time. The downside is that it tends to catch before I actually want it to, making it difficult to get quite as tight as I want it to be.

Cable Ties for Tender Fingers

Regular ones have proved to be rough and difficult to use on tender hands/fingers. The rough ones are usually all black and have a much larger and more difficult velcro to separate. As a senior I find these colorful ones to be just as good as the others and more gentle on tender finger tips.
